  • I’m Tara Nicholas — a former elite athlete and mindset coach. I’ve spent years observing what actually works in high performers and excavating my own experience to figure out what athletes really need. My coaching is practical, it’s personal, and it’s rooted in what's possible. I meet you where you’re at and help you access the mindset that unlocks your next level — on and off the field.
